Brian Holmes is a veteran in the franchising space with a proven record of building, scaling, and leading successful businesses across multiple industries. Over the past 15+ years, Brian has owned and operated multiple franchise brands across dozens of locations, giving him firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities operators face.
Recognizing that franchisees needed more specialized marketing support, Brian co-founded Franchise Ramp, a digital marketing agency created "by franchisees, for franchisees." Franchise Ramp has earned a place on the Inc. 5000 list for four consecutive years, establishing itself as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S.
Today, Brian is focused on the future of franchising through AI Front Desk, a company he founded to build AI agents that help operators increase revenue, streamline operations, and simplify management.

Before joining AI Front Desk, Beth spent years supporting fitness and wellness franchisees and franchisors at Franchise Ramp, where she focused on building out the success team to support 15 brands and over 800 locations. Her experience working with hundreds of Operators and GMs gives her a strong foundation for helping teams adopt AI in ways that are practical, efficient, and immediately impactful.
Chief Product Officer
Product leader with deep experience at Amazon, AWS, and fintech, driving AI-powered solutions that streamline business operations.
Before joining AI Front Desk, Murphy held senior product management roles at Amazon and AWS Marketplace, where she led technical product strategy for 2+ years. Her background spans enterprise SaaS, marketplace platforms, and investment management at Dimensional Fund Advisors. Murphy brings a systems-thinking approach to building AI agents that seamlessly integrate with existing operations.
Administrative Assistant
With nearly a decade of experience, Laura supports day-to-day operations that keep our team running smoothly.
Laura previously worked with our CEO at Franchise Ramp, and has also worked directly for a Club Pilates franchisor, giving her a unique perspective on both the franchisor and franchisee sides of the business. Her role spans bookkeeping, hiring and payroll, reporting and presentations, and the ongoing monitoring and auditing of AI agents to ensure quality, consistency, and performance across locations.
